Your AI is fast. Your process is not.

Amdahl proved it about computers in 1967. It is just as true of companies: total gain is capped by how much of the system you touched.

Give AI 10% of a workflow and 11% faster is your ceiling. A better model will not move it. The rest still runs at human speed.

A 4-hour quote: AI drafts the letter and the line items in 10 minutes. The other 3.5 hours are still chasing 3 suppliers, a site measurement and 1 signature.

So the question shifts from which AI to buy to which part of your work is worth rethinking around AI

This is where we spend 2 weeks together

AI-native workflows and agents

AI agents · workflow automation · meeting and call notes · document extraction · runs in your own cloud
What it is

We learn how your business actually runs, then find the work that exists only because software cannot hear a meeting, read a document, or move information between two systems. We rethink those workflows around AI instead of bolting a chatbot onto them. Then we build the agents inside your own cloud account, so your data stays yours and the controls stay with you.

What you get
  • Your own AI agents, running inside your org boundary, that triage, route and complete recurring work
  • Notes and write-ups produced from the call itself, in the systems your team already opens
  • Invoices, scans and forms read and filed automatically, with a confidence line you set
  • A review queue where a person confirms anything the agent is not sure about
  • Model access through your own account, so nothing is sent out to be trained on
  • Everything we build, owned by you. Your keys, your logs, your infrastructure.
In production

AngusOne Staffing and Recruitment. Recruiters wrote up every screening call 3 times, once for themselves, once for the client, once into Bullhorn. Now the call writes all 3.

What it is

We start with where you want the business to be in 5 to 10 years, not with a feature list. We work through how your industry is likely to change, what your competitors will be able to offer once AI is ordinary, and what that leaves you free to sell that you cannot sell today. Then we build the small real thing that tests it, so the strategy gets argued against working software instead of slides.

What you get
  • A written view of where your industry is heading over the next 5 to 10 years, and where you sit in it
  • The new services you could offer that are not possible for you today, and what each one needs
  • A ranked list of the moves worth making, with the cost and the return on each
  • Working prototypes of the ones worth testing, in front of the people who do the job
  • The winners built, shipped, and run for you as a managed service
  • A standing senior team you keep, rather than a project that ends
In production

Wells Fargo. We helped set up the innovation team in San Francisco and built the proofs of concept that got executives to sponsor projects like the Greenhouse banking app. Some got funded. Some got killed, which is a cheaper answer than finding out later.

What it is

We build the software your customers and staff use every day, and the platform underneath it. Most of what we take on already exists, half works, and cannot be switched off while it gets better, so the real work is deciding what to carry across untouched and what to quietly fix. AI writes the first draft of nearly everything now, which is why a small senior team ships what used to need a large one, at a fraction of what it cost 2 years ago.

What you get
  • Native iOS and Android apps, web applications, and the backend behind them
  • A rebuild or migration of live software that keeps the people already using it
  • Integration into the systems you already run, including the ones with no API
  • Product and interface design, and a design system your team keeps using
  • A release pipeline, tests and documentation, so any good engineer can pick it up
  • The code, owned by you, with no lock-in to us
In production

Isha Foundation. We rebuilt Sadhguru's app from hybrid to native on both platforms, without losing the people already on it.

What it is

We build the software that decides whether someone is who they claim to be, in seconds, at volume. We start with what a wrong answer costs you in each direction, because approving a fake and turning away a real customer are both expensive and no single threshold avoids both. Then we build the checks, the thresholds and the human review path around that answer, so your team can act on it and still explain it a year later.

What you get
  • ID document capture and authenticity checks across the jurisdictions you serve
  • Face match and liveness detection built into your onboarding flow
  • KYC, AML and fraud screening wired to the systems that already hold your customers
  • A reviewer console for the cases software should not settle alone, with the evidence beside the score
  • An audit trail that still explains a decision months later, when a regulator or a customer asks
  • Thresholds you set and change yourself, without calling us
In production

AuthenticID. The first mobile identity verification platform: SDKs, APIs, a review dashboard and fraud detection built on computer vision. Our client before Ashutosh joined them, which meant living inside our own decisions a year later.

Clearspeed. Moved a service that only ran over a phone line onto mobile, by building the SDKs and the fraud algorithms behind it, and the dashboard where results get reviewed.

What it is

We build regulated money flows that feel like 1 click to the person using them. Behind that click sit identity checks, fraud checks, saved payment methods and settlement on a public chain. On-chain money does not come back once it lands, so the work is making the hard part invisible without leaving the person vague about what they just authorised.

What you get
  • Self-custody wallet integration, and fiat on-ramp into wallets and dapps
  • Payment and settlement flows with the identity and fraud checks behind them
  • A developer SDK your partners can embed in hours rather than quarters
  • Permission screens that state plainly what the person is authorising and what the connected app can do
  • Compliance and audit hooks your risk team can inspect for themselves
In production

Coinbase Pay. Fiat into self-custody wallets, then folded into an SDK a developer could add in a few hours. Where we worked, not a client.

What we do not do

3 things we will turn down.

You will hear it on the first call, not in month 2.

Marketing sites and brand work

Landing pages, logos, ad campaigns. Good work. Not our work.

Ask us for a rebrand and you will get 3 names of people who do it properly.
Reselling other people's software

We take no commission on any tool we recommend, so the recommendation is only ever about you.

If the right answer is a product we do not sell, that is still the answer you get.
Building what a cheap tool already does

If a $40 a month subscription covers it, custom software is the same thing later and 50 times dearer.

Ask us for a scheduling app and you will probably leave with a Calendly link and no invoice.
Proof of our work

Mobile apps. IoT. AR/VR. Identity and biometrics. Crypto. Now private AI.
You decide what's next for us.

If you write to us

Here is exactly what happens.

No form queue, no sequence, no chain of discovery calls.

1
I read it. Not a form queue.

Your message comes to me, Ashutosh. You get a reply within 3 business days, from me, saying whether this is something we can help with. If it is not, that reply says so and points you somewhere better.

2
1 call, 30 minutes.

You describe the problem. I ask about 6 questions. At the end you have a straight answer on whether the thing is worth building, roughly what it takes, and roughly what it costs. No deck, no discovery-call chain.

3
You keep that either way.

If we go ahead, the first piece is 2 weeks and fixed price. If we do not, you still have the answer, and you have not paid for it or joined a mailing list.

We are not going to add you to a sequence. There is no sequence.

We work with companies of roughly 10 to 500 people. If you are much smaller or much larger, say so anyway and I will tell you honestly whether we are the right shape for it.
