What it is

Our current focus. We work alongside your team to find the work AI can take over, teach your people to use it, and build the first real version with them, in your own cloud account. Then we hand it over and step back.

AngusOne Staffing and Recruitment. Recruiters wrote up every screening call 3 times, once for themselves, once for the client, once into Bullhorn. Now the call writes all 3.

AssetMark. Quality assurance on their advisor platform, once done by hand, now runs on AI end to end. Testing cost is down 30%.

What it is

What the studio has always done. We combine technology, human psychology and design, so software is easy to use because we started from how people think and decide. We design and build the interface, the app and the platform behind it.

In production

Isha Foundation. We rebuilt Sadhguru's app from hybrid to native on both platforms, without losing the people already on it.

Wells Fargo. We helped set up the innovation team in San Francisco and built proofs of concept that got executives to sponsor projects. Some got funded. Some got killed, which is a cheaper answer than finding out later.

What it is

Identity checks and payments are where a confusing screen costs real money and a wrong answer costs more. We design and build these flows so the hard part stays out of the person's way, and your team can still explain every decision a year later.

AuthenticID. The first mobile identity verification platform: SDKs, APIs, a review dashboard and fraud detection built on computer vision. Our client before Ashutosh joined them, which meant living inside our own decisions a year later.

Coinbase Pay. Fiat into self-custody wallets, then folded into an SDK a developer could add in a few hours. Where we worked, not a client.

    A 30-minute call about the work you want help with. If AI is not the answer for you, we say so.

    We review how the work runs today and teach your team on it, using your own examples.

    Implement

    We build the first real version with your team, in your cloud account, with a person reviewing anything the AI is unsure about.

    Hand over

    We document it and step back. Your team runs it. If you want us to stay involved, we do, on terms we agree openly.

Fitting your problem into our product

We have no platform to sell. Whatever we build is shaped around how your business works, and you own it.

If the right answer is a tool we don't make, that is still the answer you get.
Contracts that trap you

We don't ask for long-term contracts, and we write everything down so another team can take over from us.

The goal is for you to need us less each month, not more.
Building what a cheap tool already does

If a $40 a month subscription covers it, custom software is the same thing later and 50 times dearer.

Ask us for a scheduling app and you will probably leave with a Calendly link and no invoice.

What does IDX Studios do?

IDX Studios is a digital experience studio in Vancouver. We combine technology, human psychology and design to build interfaces and software that feel effortless to use. Our current focus is AI enablement: a managed service that helps businesses learn AI and put it to work in their own operations.

What is AI enablement?

We work alongside your team to find where AI helps, teach your people to use it on their own work, build the first real implementation with them, and hand it over. You learn it, and you own it.

Where is IDX Studios based?

556-38 Smithe Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 0P3, Canada. We have worked with clients across Canada and the United States.

How does an engagement start?

You send us one specific problem and book a time on our calendar. We show you a working MVP of it in a demo. If AI is not the answer for you, we say so. We take on 3 projects at a time.

Do you lock clients into long contracts?

No. AI enablement is a managed service, so we stay hands-on while your team learns and the first version goes live, but we don't ask for long-term contracts. Everything is documented and owned by you, so your team, or another one, can run it without us.

Do you sell a product?

No. We have no platform to fit your use case into. We build around how your business works, using model access through your own account.

Who owns the code, the accounts and the AI?

You do. We build inside your own cloud account, with model access through your own account, so your keys, logs and infrastructure stay yours. Nothing is sent out to be trained on, and there is no lock-in to us.

What does IDX not do?

Fitting your problem into our product, contracts that trap you, and building what a cheap tool already does. You will hear it on the first call.
