Common questions

Do you keep my ID or selfie?

Only on your own phone, and only in the full app: the result of an ID check, with the photos, is saved so you can look at it in History. Nothing is uploaded. Delete one or all of them in History at any time. The App Clip keeps nothing.

Why don't I see "Think out loud"?

The voice enquiry needs an iPhone with iOS 26 and Apple Intelligence turned on (iPhone 15 Pro or later). Every iPhone can use KYC Flow.

The scan won't read my licence.

Scan the back of a driver's licence (the barcode) in good light and hold it flat. For a passport, scan the photo page.

Mail doesn't open when I send an enquiry from the App Clip.

App Clips cannot open Mail. Use "Copy enquiry" and paste it into an email to hello@idxstudioz.com, or install the full IDX app.
